Lemonette had been doing well enough since their launch into market but was ready to improve their branding and packaging design to further their growth and market reach even more. Jenn David Design partnered with Lemonette on this revamp, evolving their look to be fresh and modern, and make more of a visual and strategic impact on the shelf. The re-launch was a success, furthering their reach into new stores and taking Lemonette from a regional to a national brand. JDD continues to partner with Lemonette on launching of new products.
Union Jack’s Tea
Union Jack’s Tea is all about the unique tea experience with a modern twist and an homage to tea’s English origins. Jenn David Design created their brand mark—modeled after the distinctively British bowler hat—as well as their retail tea canister design to launch this brand. The brand has been such a success that their first retail shop location has opened in Los Angeles and we couldn’t be prouder.
Union Jack’s Tea
Union Jack’s Tea turned once again to Jenn David Design when they needed a design for a new line of teas that would be for foodservice—a more universal look to go with a wide variety of settings and restaurant brandings, yet one that was still uniquely Union Jack’s Tea. Jenn David Design had created the look for the main tea line design and welcomed the opportunity. The new design is clean and elegant and complements the main bold design look.
Curcumin Antioxidant Gummies
Arya partnered with Jenn David Design on launching their new Daily Curcumin Antioxidant Chews. As a family-friendly product, it needed to strike the right balance of freshness and fun with authentic wellness. The individual clear gummy wrappers have different faces designed on them for a fun twist, and that emoji concept is carried through on the main pouch as well.
Hot Chocolate Mix

Jenn David Design partnered with Stacey & Co. to design these boxes for two varieties of frozen fried rice. We also designed their iconic red logo. The boxes feature a large beautiful product photo on the front with key selling points and their brand and product story with instructions on the back.

Solid Milk Chocolate Pouch
We designed this pouch for Madelaine Chocolate Co. to feature their signature purple brand color and show off the beautiful foil chocolates contained within. The pouch is universal to over 100 types of solid milk chocolate candies, with the information for each being customized with a label on the back of the pouch.

We designed this pouch of Gummy Peach Slices for Purely! to be fun and whimsical, with a focus on the natural aspect as a point of differentiation.

Jenn David Design has been partnering with Madelaine Chocolate Co. since 2015 on various premium chocolate packaging designs. This Organic chocolate pouch design accommodates a variety of products, with each product’s details being customized on the back with a label.
Chocolatey Dipped Wafer Rolls
Jenn David Design partnered with Fusion Gourmet to design this line of Chocolatey Dipped Wafer Rolls for their brand Sofiato. Clean and minimalist, the design features a photo of the product as its focus to show that they’re filled with flavorful cream in the centers. The bold colors and callouts highlight each different flavor fill.
Ale & Wang searches the world for only the very best ingredients for their coconut creme candies, and it shows from the first taste. They turned to Jenn David Design to launch their brand and product line. To disrupt the candy category with a quality candy with incredible flavor, JDD developed a bold, fresh look with a large custom illustration and coconut milk splash as its main focus. Their entry into the market has been a successful one and they continue to partner with JDD on launching of new items in the line and other candy lines.
Rooibos Body Cream
My Red Tea makes authentic rooibos tea products and branched out to body care with this rooibos-infused body cream. Jenn David Design translated their tea packaging design (which JDD also did) into a complementary but distinct design for this kraft box packaging and jar labels. We also adapted this design for My Red Tea’s Baby Bum Cream.
We helped Combier, a well-established distillery in Europe, launch this new line of organic syrups. These versatile syrups needed to feel at home in both the baking aisle as well as behind bar counters. The sleek bottle shape lends elegance while the refined typography adds sophistication. The arresting custom illustration at the center focus of each bottle denotes the flavor and draws the eye in.
Design for new line of all-natural sugars for The Gourmet Baking Co. Goal was to coordinate with their overall brand look and feel with strong use of color but in a way that speaks to the natural foods market, and be complementary to the line of all-natural sprinkles.
La Tourangelle Artisan Oils
The design for these artisan oils by La Tourangelle is formal yet fresh, speaking to both the company’s European heritage (they make their oils using the traditional methods of their French parent company) as well as the rich flavors of the products themselves. In a market where most competitors are in glass bottles and lacking in flavor in comparison, these tin cans with strong use of color and custom illustrations stand out well in the oil category.
Design and layout of 54 Crest Foods private labels for Pepper Creek Farms. Challenge was to retain strong unity among the entire line while differentiating among product subcategories.

Large Sea Salts
Exotic sea salts from around the world needed a design to convey just that. Packaged in an old-fashioned glass wire-top jar, these beautiful salt granules look stunning on their own and we designed the label to elevate their natural look even further. Each has a signature color indicative of the region its salt is sourced from, with exotic and elegant botanical-like flourishes to further enhance the essence of these salts. A strong and bold design with the focus on typography suited the needs for this salsa design. A background pattern made of the signature flavor ingredients together with strong use of vibrant color denotes flavor differentiation.

These unusual sea salts, packaged in small old fashioned wire jars, had little room for labeling. We developed a simple one-color design with an upscale feel that is simple yet effective and complements the product color for a strong product line.

Sierra Sweets Toffee
This handmade all-natural toffee required a design that maintained a handcrafted, home-grown feel. The large window shows off the delectable product and the fun, bold graphic elements convey the delicious nature of this product and are done in a rubber stamp-type style for added handcrafted touch. The bold type catches attention in the store, all combining to make a package that is as striking as the product inside.
After learning about the handcrafted nature of how this product is created, and especially after sampling the product (you’ve never had toffee like this before), that really helped set the stage for our design concepts. We drew on that knowledge and taste to create everything that spoke to those aspects: handcrafted and delicious.
Gratitude journal design to appeal to 3– to 5-year-olds, equally male/female. Bold colors and simple, fun layout combine to make the product appropriate for the age group.
A simple, iconic design with an ornate pattern suits this wine, whose name draws on the sumptuary laws of old.
No ordinary teas, these transcendent teas are made from pure, natural ingredients with numerous healing qualities. The subtle texture and elegant borders in the design together with a luminous gradient and custom illustrations for the key ingredients combine to make an exotic and intriguing design that catches the eye and is cost-effective to produce. The decorative strip closure serves both as a tamper-evident feature as well as an attractive embellishment.

Sente Bella packaging design for Bella D’ora Spa’s line of upscale body care products. Sleek and high-end to convey the high quality ingredients used, to complement the Bella D’ora branding and reflect the look and feel of the spa.

Scaffetta’s Gourmet Foods Tomato Basil Soup
An update of existing packaging and branding that retains brand equity and recognition in a new an improved way. We kept a similar color scheme and prominent image of the brand father figure to accomplish this, yet cleaned up the design entirely and established an effective information hierarchy to better inform the consumer and entice sales.
SavvyBeat Treats Dogstars
This is an organic dog treat that is out of this world, made with a unique combination of healthy ingredients that far surpasses any competitor. Needing to reflect all this in the design, we chose bright colors to grab attention on the retail shelf, and continued the star theme throughout the packaging to reinforce the stellar nature of the product. The result is a package that has succeeded in successfully launching this new brand and product.

A warm, country, masculine, down-home design suited the audience for this BBQ sauce.
There are a lot of hot sauces on the market, and we wanted this one to be unique to stand out. We used bright, bold colors but slightly skewed toward muted in contrast to many competitors. But not to be diminished on the hot front, we incorporated some wacky, fun backgrounds that speak to the spicy nature of the product. Add a dash of fun with the typography and it all comes together as a package that goes against the grain.
Design for new Cornbread Mix kit for The Gourmet Baking Co. Color and texture draws on the rustic nature of the homemade bread in a way that is authentic and exciting.
This fresh and modern design combined with a somewhat nostalgic candy jar shape makes these gumballs stand out. We infused a heavy note of fun with the circular text and bold yet not over-the-top colors speaking to the whimsical nature of the product.
Good Time Candy Shoppe Gummy Cups
These harken back to the candy shop nostalgic days of yore but are packaged in a modern clear printed cup so we had fun with that balance in this project. The cups feature bright patterns specific to each type of candy, and the print creates a window on the front to see the product inside. The lids are printed with similar graphics to match the cups. We also did the logo and branding on this project as well.
This design leans slightly retro in a fun, modern way. Packaged in a wide cardboard tube, the bright patterns differentiate each flavor and, together with the fanciful type, bring together elements of fun and whimsy for an effective package design.

We created this elegant, clean design for an upscale, gourmet feel. The large logo was important for brand recognition for this new brand, and we incorporated stock imagery for the illustrations for visual flavor differentiation among the line.
Meadowcroft All She Wrote Wine
This is a limited-edition release dessert wine by Meadowcroft Wines named All She Wrote. The script font plays on both the writing theme as well as the finale of something (in this case the finale of the meal). The wax-seal top connects to the writing sense of the title phrase as well as providing a unique closure to complete the package. Overall the elements come together to convey that this dessert wine is a special, handcrafted gift.
The bee symbolizes hard work and craft that goes into this line of specialty wines. Jenn David Design did both the branding and packaging design for a simple yet strong and effective result.
This spice package needed to stand out from the competition in the crowded spice category. We used vintage botanicals to bring an element of nostalgia in the kitchen in modern, muted colors for a look that would feel at home in any kitchen setting as well as capture attention on the retail shelf.

We created a custom die-cut shape that emphasizes the curves of the product and its signature comfort bolster feature, and designed the communication to better inform the consumer at a quick glance for that important first impression on the shelf.
